1. Storage period
a. Each product has a shelf life. According to international standards and domestic standards, the storage period refers to the normal temperature (24 ° C). The acrylate gum was 20 °C.

b. For acrylate products, the higher the temperature, the shorter the storage period.
c. For water-based products, such as temperature below 1 °C, directly affect product quality.
2. strength
a. There is no universal glue in the world, different adhesives, it is best to use special adhesive.
b. If the strength of the adherend itself is low, then it is not necessary to use a high-strength product. Otherwise, it will be used in small quantities to increase the cost.
c. You should not only pay attention to the high initial strength, but also consider the durability.
d. The performance of high temperature curing adhesive is much higher than room temperature curing. If high strength and durability are required, high temperature curing adhesive should be used.
e. For a cyanoacrylate glue (502 super glue), in addition to emergency or small area repair and continuous production, it is not suitable for materials requiring high bonding strength.
3. Other
a. White latex and urea-formaldehyde glue can not be used for sticky metal.
b. Adhesives requiring transparency, polyurethane glue, optical epoxy glue, saturated polyester glue, polyvinyl acetal glue.
c. The adhesive should not be corrosive to the adherend. Such as: polystyrene foam board, solvent type neoprene adhesive can not be used.
d. Adhesives with high brittleness should not be bonded to soft materials.
